Dealing with aggressive debt collectors? You’re not alone. Many collectors cross the line with harassment, threats, or even trying to collect debts you don’t owe. That’s where the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) comes in—it protects you from abusive collection tactics and gives you the right to fight back. If a debt collector is violating your rights, an FDCPA attorney can help you stop the harassment, dispute unfair claims, and even sue for damages. You could be entitled to compensation if collectors break the law. Want to know more? Check out this guide on FDCPA attorneys and how they can help: https://consumerattorneys.com/blog/fair-debt-collection-practices-act-attorneys. Don't let collectors intimidate you—know your rights!
