Position overview:


The Supportive Housing Supervisor works in concert with the Director of Supportive Housing to manage the daily operations of the Supportive Housing/Rental Assistance program including responsibilities such as administration of and coordination of services, supervision, and coaching staff in the provision of person-centered services, responsibility for quality assurance and corporate compliance activities, data management and other projects as assigned by the Director of Supportive Housing.


Qualifications:


· Bachelor’s Degree; minimum three-year behavioral health experience and housing experience. Supervision experience a plus.

· Must have excellent computer/EHR, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills. Ability to multi-task, be able to work independently, and be willing to work both in office and in the field.

· Driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and own car for fieldwork required.

· Criminal History Background Check and fingerprinting required.

· NYS Justice Center Criminal History background Check clearance through fingerprinting search required, in addition to clearance through the Protection of People with Special Needs Staff Exclusion List, the NYS Medicaid Exclusion List and clearance by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services for instances of child abuse and/or neglect.

· Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
