Thank you for your interest in our Full-Time Director of Recovery Services position.

The Director of Recovery Services (DRS) should be a vibrant person-centered leader, with the experience to guide a team with comprehensive responsibilities. Position supervises the HOPE House Clubhouse Program, which includes ACESS-VR services, The HDSW Living Room Crisis Day Respite program and the Home and Community Based (HCBS) Services program, including Respite services. The DRS will work in concert with the Chief Program Officer to provide service excellence, operation efficiency in all programming and staffing. Assist the agency in developing and supporting a peer work force and develop new recovery oriented services as opportunities arise. The Director of Recovery Services works in concert with HDSW administration to complete reports as required, represents the agency as community liaison (as program requires) and maintains responsibility for referrals, admissions, and discharges. Responsibility for compliance activities, quality improvement, Medicaid billing and grant writing. In addition to other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will be an intelligent individual with outstanding integrity and sound judgment, dedicated to ethical and efficient program operations with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills; willing to provide strategic vision and leadership on the department's goals both in client and financial metrics.

The candidate will possess: Master’s Degree; or Bachelor’s Degree with minimum Five Years progressively responsible supervisory experience and a strong background in program operations and Medicaid billing required. Must have excellent communication skills, and EHR/Microsoft Office proficiency. Bi-lingual English and Spanish speaking a plus. Must have own car and valid driver’s license. Willingness and capacity to work outside of traditional business hours as needed to meet program needs. Ability to carry on-call and be available for assistance with crises and emergencies in off-duty hours.
