The HDSW Residential Community provides its members with a foundation upon which greater independence can be built. Each transitional step is accomplished by achieving goals developed in a Service Plan. Residents are assisted in bringing together all aspects of treatment into one continuous support network, which allows for greater success in transition from one level of service to another. The following residential programs assist persons recovering from major mental illness to reintegrate into the community.
